Return Policy -

At Terra Nera Clothing Co. we pride ourselves in our product.  However, from time to time thing may not always go as planed.  Client Satisfaction is our upmost priority.  So in the event that something goes a miss we will gladly do our best to ENSURE your satisfaction is met or come to a mutual satisfactory agreement.

You Come First, and always have.  With that in mind 

Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Items must be returned within 20 days of the original delivery date. Items that have been worn, washed or the tag has been removed may not be returned. Items with hygienic liners may not be returned or if the liner has been removed or tampered with. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued and no exceptions will be made. 

An Online Return Request must be submitted and the return package must include the original invoice to receive online credit.

*Please note: We will offer online credit only. If there has been an error on our end. We will Gladly work with you to either replace the product or issue back credit for that product. 

*In any case in the event that your not satisfied with your purchase we ask that you email us to discuss your concerns with the purchase and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.  Remember your Satisfaction is the Upmost importance to us.  As we look forward to your continued patronage



*ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason.

If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you MUST contact Customer Service within 7 days of the package's original delivery.

If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, the customer is subject to a 10% restock fee.

To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

  3. After the Online Return Request is successfully submitted, please package and ship the items to the return address below. *Please note: Once an online return request is submitted, the status will update to "pending" You must ship the item(s) back to our facility and once we review the item(s), the "pending" status will change. From then on the customer will receive updates on the status throughout the return process.

  1. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Terra Nerra Clothing Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  2. After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notifications, updating the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed the customer will receive a "gift card" sent via email with a gift code for the return amount included.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Terra Nerra Clothing Co.. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
